Early Bird Sumfest tickets are available for purchase NOW via Touchstone Ticketing. You can also purchase your hotel accommodations there as well: http://touchtix.net/
You have to register/sign up for an account to purchase your tickets, but no credit card information is stored once you make your payment.
The only other option for purchasing tickets now is in Jamaica at bill pay locations.
